Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to the investment platform, including account setup, investment options, and technical support via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Provide clear guidance on investment products, market trends, and platform functionality.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their accounts and transactions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with the finance and technical teams to resolve complex customer queries effectively.




- Stay updated on investment products and market information to provide informed support to customers.

- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in finance or investment platforms.
