Key Responsibilities

- Identify and attract candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and personal networks.
- Perform initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Facilitate and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
- Update and maintain accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing guidance and communication in German.




- Collaborate with the recruitment team to strategize and enhance talent acquisition efforts.

- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- No prior recruitment experience is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with candidates effectively.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Familiarity with social media and online recruiting platforms is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A desire to develop skills and grow within the recruitment field.
- Able to follow a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
