Your Key Responsibilities:

- Source, engage, and interview talented candidates across diverse industries, utilizing your recruitment skills and industry connections.
- Closely work with clients to gain a deep understanding of their recruitment needs and present them with qualified candidates that meet their expectations.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process, offering support and insights to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting exciting job descriptions to negotiating terms of employment.
- Deliver regular reports and updates to the management team about recruitment progress and candidate engagement.
- Stay abreast of market trends and best practices to enhance our recruitment strategies.





- Fluency in German (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is advantageous but not essential—drive and passion are what we're looking for!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to nurture client and candidate relationships.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to helping candidates secure fulfilling roles.
- Ability to work remotely while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the Costa Del Sol.
- Already residing in the Malaga area.
- Willingness to engage in a 3 months fully paid training in Athens, Greece.
