Your Role
As a Technical Support Advisor, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate resolutions
- Educate customers on product updates and best practices
- Manage support tickets and documentation
- Collaborate internally on escalations and complex cases
What We're Looking For
- Proficient or bilingual in German
- Advanced level of English
- Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Ability to work in a structured, customer-focused environment
