Responsibilities

- Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful material and take necessary actions.
- Collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies and ensure a safe user environment.

Requirements

- C2 level of German and advanced English
- Strong affinity for social media, goal-driven and proactive.
- Content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus.
- Mandatory: Completed studies (ESO/High School or higher).

- contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week.
