In this role, you will support German-speaking customers while actively contributing to reservation sales and overall customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls in German with a strong focus on service quality

- Support customers with hotel reservations, inquiries, and booking-related requests

- Actively promote hotel offerings and successfully close reservations

- Provide clear, accurate information while resolving customer questions efficiently

- Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with brand standards

Candidate Profile

- Fluent German (spoken and written)

- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills





- Sales-driven attitude with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is an advantage
