Global Data & Analytics Senior Manager for Supply Chain & Operations
Job Summary
The Global Data & Analytics Senior Manager for Supply Chain & Operations is a strategic role responsible for building, scaling, and governing the global data & analytics ecosystem that supports Galderma’s end-to-end Supply Chain and Operations to become a data-driven organization for faster, better decisions. This role will lead the transformation from fragmented reporting to a fully integrated global,
centralized operating model. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise (ERP, advanced analytics, automation, AI, PBI, data governance) with excellent leadership and change-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Organization Transformation
- Define and execute the Global Data & Analytics Strategy for SC & Operations.
- Lead the transition from fragmented reporting to a centralized, standardized Global Data & Analytics organization
- Drive data-enabled transformation initiatives and sponsor change-management activities.
2. Data Governance & Architecture
- Own the SC & Operations data model, master data governance, and overall integrity of operational data.
- Partner with IT to define system integrations, and data flows.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance.
3. Analytics, Insights & Decision Support
- Lead the development of Power BI dashboards, predictive models, reporting suites, and business insights tools.
- Embed advanced analytics into operational decision-making.
- Partner with integral, regional and sites process owners to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
- Introducing AI Innovations to Future-Proof BI Capabilities
4. Leadership & Team Management
- Build and lead a high performing global Data & Analytics team.
- Develop talent and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy.
5. Stakeholder & Change Management
- Act as the key interface between SC & Operations, Digital/IT.
- Ensure strong communication during workload prioritization process
- Influence senior leaders to adopt data-driven decision-making, creating part of our culture.
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics roles, ideally within Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing environments.
- Strong technical expertise in data and analytics tools, particularly Power BI, SQL, AI/ML, and data-lake technologies, with solid understanding of ERP systems and data architectures.
- Proven ability to lead global teams in complex, matrix-based organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and translate complex technical topics into clear business insights.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach, strong ownership, and a collaborative “can-do” attitude.
