Position: Handling Google Accounts

Junior to Senior Positions

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Customer service related to banking issues, account opening, access password locks, transfers, etc.

Back office management such as answering emails, whatsapp etc.

Offer of banking products.

Comply with the requirements of transparency, service information (purpose, characteristics and risks of the different investment products) and client protection reflected in the regulations, both internal and external, that apply to this type of product.

Report and follow up on anomalies that arise in the application.

Comply with the quality standards and sales objectives defined by the entity.

Requirements:

- Language: Native proficiency of German and English.
- Experience: Senior or Junior.
- Soft skills: Strong communication (verbal and oral), proactive attitude, team player, attention to detail, time management, and empathy.
- Technical skills:



Basic proficiency in Google products (Gmail, Chrome, Google Drive) and troubleshooting abilities.

There are two available projects for the Customer Support role:

- Senior Role: Requires a minimum of Customer Support 1 year of experience
- Junior Role: No experience required

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: Senior 30,000 euros + Benefits , Junior 24,000 euros + Benefits

38,5 hours/week, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week, and

weekends off per month).

Indefinite contract
