What you bring: Essential: Deep knowledge of Onboarding & Offboarding Management Solutions, minimum 10 years experience. Strong knowledge of core HR business processes (Hire to Retire) Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements Experience in Cloud projects / programmes in international & multicultural environment Understanding of integration architecture and patterns including BTP technologies Experience in managing a sophisticated customer environment, where Tools and Automation are key to enable the continuous transformation/evolution of the organization and the constant tension to efficiency Capability in managing and inspiring change in a large, complex organization Strong communication and negotiation skills Can do attitude
