Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert guidance to Dutch-speaking clients on cloud products and digital transformation solutions

- Deliver consultative support via phone, email, and video calls

- Assist customers with product setup, optimization, and troubleshooting

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cloud services and upgrades

- Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

- Maintain accurate documentation and update CRM systems

- Support onboarding and training activities for new customers

Requirements

- Fluent Dutch (C1+)

- Fluent English (B2+)

- Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude





- Interest in cloud technology and digital solutions (previous experience is a plus but not required)

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think analytically

- A team player with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
