What You'll Do:

- Provide basic IT support to staff and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

- Assist in setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and networks

- Coordinate with external IT vendors when needed

- Keep inventory of tech equipment and software licenses

- Support day-to-day IT operations to ensure smooth workflow

What We're Looking For:

- Some experience or education in IT support, systems, or coordination

- Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and troubleshooting

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- Must be currently based in Barcelona with legal authorization to work
