As Land Manager at TURN2X, you drive the rapid expansion of our projects by securing land parcels at scale.

- Identify and secure prime land parcels within target regions and size, ensuring strategic alignment with project needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential sites, fostering strong relationships with landowners.
- Develop and streamline efficient and scalable acquisition processes to optimize land procurement strategies and drive cost-effective acquisitions.

- Extensive experience in land acquisition for renewable projects, with deep market knowledge and the ability to navigate complex negotiations for win-win outcomes.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely land deals.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel as required to secure key land opportunities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with Madrid as the preferred job location.
