Position details:

• Lead comprehensive testing efforts, including the design, development, and execution

• Develop and implement robust test strategies for both manual and automated testing, ensuring thorough test coverage.

• Strong skills in exploratory testing and effective questioning to clarify functionality and requirements.

• Participate actively in backlog refinement and business meetings to ensure a complete understanding of functionality.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and QA team members to fully understand requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Guide testing across the technology stack, including unit, API, Playwright, and functional/exploratory testing, to determine the best testing approach for new functionalities.

• Oversee a team of automation engineers,



effectively assigning tasks and managing delivery timelines.

• Ensure understanding and implementation of API boundaries in testing processes and the automation of appropriate test scenarios.

• Perform root cause analysis on defects, actively ensuring effective resolution and learning.

• Monitor quality metrics and provide detailed reports on testing progress and outcomes.

• Promote testing best practices and build a culture of quality and inquiry within the team.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering a communicative and collaborative testing environment
