Our client, a leading multinational information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting Multiclient People Profile/IT Support to join their project in Spain.

Responsibilities:

- Good command on MS Windows and MS office

- Experience in Incident management in operation center

- Working knowledge of OBM monitoring tool

- Good communication skills

- Receiving and issuing calls

- Managing the 3 mailboxes

- Administrative management of incidents with Severity

- Creating and sending openings/updates/resolved communications with severity

- Relationship with the call control center

- Requirements to the AO team

- Multiconferences

- Management of CRQs for external groups

- Monitoring of the OBM

- Notifications to the AO on duty

Requirements:

- Spanish native with basic english secondary

- Hybrid mode of working (Remote + Office both)

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shift and weekend/holiday working as per shift roster

- Experience working with Telcom will be preferred
