Key Responsibilities

- Source and engage potential candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and personal connections.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for roles.
- Facilitate interview scheduling and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Keep accurate records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process in Norwegian.




- Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to enhance the overall talent acquisition strategy.

- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
- No prior experience in recruitment is necessary; a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn are what we value.
- Excellent communication abilities, enabling effective interactions with candidates.
- Self-starter who can work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Familiarity with social media and online recruiting platforms is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A readiness to develop skills and grow within the recruitment industry.
