Salary Package (Monthly Total Gross)

- With Accommodation: 1050

- Without Accommodation: 1251

(Accommodation option: Fully equipped shared apartment with utilities included. Available only to candidates relocating from 100 km+ away.)

What You Will Do

- Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers

- Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing,



contract updates

- Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach

- Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy

Requirements

- Fluent Italian (written & spoken)

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer-facing sales, telesales, etc.)

- Strong communication & problem-solving skills

- Ability to work on-site in Lisbon

- EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa

Location & Schedule

- On-site position in Lisbon

- Rotative shifts between 06:0022:00, MondaySunday

- 40h/week (8h/day + 1h break)
