Are you an experienced Industrial Plant Director? Do you want to join our client, a renowned chemical / industrial manufacturer, to collaborate for their financial success and growth?

Tasks

- Leading and shaping the strategic vision while ensuring operational and sustained growth.

- Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan in alignment with the overall vision and objectives.

- Drive initiatives and expand the market presence, increase revenue streams and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

- Oversee all aspects of say-to-say operations, including production, supply chain, sales and marketing.

- Implement efficient processes and optimize productivity, quality and cost-effectiveness

- Make sure to follow industry standards, regulatory requirements and ethical practices

- Develop annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans collaborating with the finance team

- Monitor financial performance, manage cash flows and investments and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company’s financial health.

- Build and nurture a high performing team

- Provide mentorship, coaching and professional development opportunities to empower employee and drive growth

- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion to support inclusive work environments

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and partners.

Requirements

- Higher education (finance, business administration, management or related field)





- Proven experience 10 years in a senior leadership role within chemial/industrial manufacturing industry or related field

- Proven track record of driving business growth, strategic planning and operational excellence

- Experience within the financial acumen in budgeting, analysis and risk management.

- Deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

- Spanish is a must

- French and Catalan desirable
