We are looking a PLM Process Expert to support the further development and optimization of existing PLM migration processes for one of our biggest long-term customers in the automotive sector. This role combines process expertise, coordination responsibilities, and technical understanding of both PLM and SAP environments.

Responsibilities:

- Further develop and optimize existing PLM migration processes

- Coordinate requirements gathering with business and technical stakeholders

- Prepare and maintain functional and technical specifications

- Support and guide technical implementation activities

- Ensure alignment between PLM and SAP system processes

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

- Support testing and validation activities

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of PLM processes and system landscapes

- Excellent technical understanding of PTC Windchill and SAP ERP

- Experience in process optimization and documentation

- Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders





- Ability to translate business requirements into structured specifications

- Strong analytical mindset and structured working approach

- Professional English level

Nice to have:

- Experience in migration or transformation programs

- Knowledge of SAP MM or PP modules

- Experience working in international enterprise environments
