This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and technology and enjoy assisting customers. As a member of our team, you will support Polish-speaking customers, helping them navigate streaming services and resolve any inquiries from the comfort of your home in Greece.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries regarding streaming services, subscriptions, and content via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide information on account management, troubleshooting, and service features.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, subscription changes, and cancellations effectively.
- Resolve any issues or complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system for follow-up.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to address and resolve technical issues for customers.




- Stay updated on the latest content offerings and platform features to enhance customer interactions.

- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or support, particularly in the entertainment or technology industry, is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic technical troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work versátil hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
