Join the Gigglebug crew for a new 2D production for our adult label In-Stitches! Based on an existing web comic property and comprising 22-minute episodes, we are looking to crew up for this black-and-white, 2D series that explores “your average devil-worshipping family next door"
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Production Manager, Animation Director and Supervisors in making sure the weekly deadlines are met.
- Supporting the supervisors with daily & weekly task management for their teams.
- Tracking the production schedule, and providing progress updates to Production Manager as needed
- Managing ingesting of materials provided by client
- Tracking the artists’ quotas and deadlines
- Tracking approvals and deliveries to client
- Tracking internal and external notes
- Scheduling and attending weekly meetings as needed and taking notes
The adecuado candidate would have:
- Previous experience in at least one 2D animated series production is preferred
- An understanding of the 2D animation production pipeline, knowledge of file formats and asset management
- Ability to work under pressure, to multitask and to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to express themselves clearly in person and in writing, both in numbers, words and images
- Ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team
- Ability to take initiative
- Ability to work under schedules and deadlines
- Experience in ShotGrid
