- Analyse existing project information from technical and permitting point of view
- Conduct permitting technical processes for project development
- Create and provide project deliverables
- Support origination of renewable energy projects (Solar PV and PV+BESS)
- Contribute to M&A; activity in the Barcelona hub for the polish market
- Coordinate and be responsible for work-streams (e.g., technical, legal, financial Due Diligences, etc.)
- Coordinate negotiations and deal structuring with potential developers and partners
- Coordinate and carry out tenders for Project Rights M&A; transactions
- Ensure economic viability of each Project
- Keep informed on key market developments and industry news/events/regulatory frameworks to quickly identify changes

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or related field




- A minimum of 3 years of experience with strong background in renewable energies development
- Good networking skills and connections will be a plus
- Entrepreneurial and proactive personality, with strong negotiation skills, team spirit and hands-on approach, who thrives on a challenge and is goal orientated
- Fluency in Polish and English is required, Spanish will be considered a plus
