Receive boarding instructions via email, telephone or through the commercial team.
Coordinate the collection and loading of goods.
Coordinate with the National Department, Distribution, TIR and / or warehouse the arrival of the merchandise to our facilities if necessary.
Check the quote made by the sales team.
Make the booking with the shipping company.
Prepare and/or review the BL (House and Master).
Prepare documentation for customs clearance.
Prepare special documentation depending on the type of merchandise to be exported (IMO, ADR, certificate of origin, etc.).
Receive the customs documentation from the Customs Department (release)



and send it to the shipping company to proceed with the shipment of the merchandise.
Send the BL, the confirmation of embarkation and departure of the ship to the client and / or agent at destination along with all the necessary documentation to receive the merchandise.
Enter cost forecasts in the system and send instructions to the Billing department.
Apply the procedures and controls assigned in terms of Compliance
