Your Role:

- Assist the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging Croatian-speaking candidates for various roles.
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and their fit for our clients’ needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to gain an understanding of job specifications and team dynamics.
- Ensure positive and effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and platforms to attract high-quality talent efficiently.
- Contribute to team discussions, providing insights and innovative ideas to improve recruitment strategies.




- Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training programs to enhance your recruitment skills.

- Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage candidates and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks efficiently.
- A collaborative spirit with a willingness to contribute to a dedicated team.
