Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Croatian Speaking Travel Consultant to join our vibrant team! This position allows you to work in beautiful Greece, with fully paid relocation included. As a Travel Consultant, you will assist Croatian-speaking clients in planning and booking their dream vacations, providing them with personalized travel experiences.

Responsibilities

- Engage with Croatian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to assist them with travel inquiries and bookings.
- Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and accommodations.
- Curate personalized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and requirements.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with promptness and professionalism.
- Document interactions with clients in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and company products to offer informed advice to clients.





- Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in travel consulting, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Able to resolve conflicts effectively and provide solutions to customer challenges.
- Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support.
