Key Responsibilities

- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to support continuous improvement in service delivery.

- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.

- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
