- Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions related to products and services.

- Handle customer complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve service processes and customer experience.




- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to offer the best possible support.

- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to solve problems and handle challenging situations with ease.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with standard office applications.
