Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries related to account issues, content policies, and platform features via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
- Provide assistance with troubleshooting, privacy concerns, and account management.
- Resolve user complaints efficiently and ensure satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product updates and resolve user issues effectively.




- Stay updated on social media trends and platform policies to provide informed support to users.

- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the technology or social media sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in addressing user issues.
- Familiarity with CRM software and computer applications.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work adaptable hours, including weekends, as needed.
