Key Responsibilities

- Engage with Dutch-speaking prospects through various communication channels to identify potential leads.
- Effectively present the value of our services and arrange appointments for the sales team.
- Conduct follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.
- Keep accurate records of outreach efforts and scheduled appointments within our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for appointments and follow-up activities.
- Provide insights and feedback on lead quality and appointment scheduling processes to improve efficiency.




- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to engage prospects effectively.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive professional approach.
