Key Responsibilities

- Connect with Dutch-speaking prospects through various communication channels to generate leads.
- Articulate the benefits of our services and successfully schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads to build relationships and confirm appointments.
- Maintain organized records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure effective transition from planned appointments to sales discussions.
- Provide insights on lead quality and help refine appointment-setting strategies.




- Keep informed on market trends and product knowledge to confidently engage prospects.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a customer-oriented role is desirable.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to encourage and maintain engagements with potential clients.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software.
