Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outreach to Dutch-speaking prospects to identify and generate leads.
- Communicate the value of our services effectively to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Follow up with leads through calls and emails to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.
- Document all interactions and appointment details meticulously in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales discussions.




- Provide feedback on leads and enhance appointment-setting strategies based on client insights.
- Remain updated on industry trends and product offerings to engage prospects effectively.

- Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a bonus.
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or related customer-focused roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client interactions.
- Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
