Key Responsibilities

- Present our services effectively and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from appointment setting to sales discussions.
- Provide feedback on lead quality to help refine our outreach strategies.




- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage with prospects.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; English skills are an advantage.
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing leads and appointments.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other office software.
