In this position, you will evaluate and manage user-generated content to ensure it complies with community standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure compliance with established community guidelines.
- Accurately classify and evaluate content based on specified moderation policies.
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or policy violations to the relevant teams.
- Provide insights on content trends and user engagement to improve moderation strategies.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the efficiency of moderation processes.




- Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.

- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply guidelines consistently.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining moderation decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
- Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently while being part of a remote team.
