Responsibilities

- Provide stellar customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries related to our products and services.
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and account management, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints with a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and track feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency, share best practices, and elevate the customer experience.




- Stay informed about product updates and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to effectively manage customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency.
