In this role, you will assist customers in Dutch, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a great experience with our prestigious electronics brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries about consumer electronics products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Provide expert guidance on product features, troubleshooting, and usage instructions to customers.
- Assist with order processing, modifications, and resolving billing or service issues.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Work closely with technical support and sales teams to ensure accurate information and high standards of service.




- Stay up to date with the latest product launches and technology trends in consumer electronics.

- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle technical inquiries.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
