As a representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries while conveying the brand's luxury ethos in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries related to fashion and luxury products, including product details, order status, and service inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide clients with personalized service, enhancing their shopping experience and addressing any concerns.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges while ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up.




- Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and product offerings to provide informed advice to customers.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or luxury retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle high-quality service expectations and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and luxury retail practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to work versátil hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
