Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries related to the social media platform through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Assist users with account management, content creation, and troubleshooting issues on the platform.
- Provide guidance on community guidelines, features, and best practices for a positive user experience.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking purposes.
- Collaborate with teams to improve user satisfaction and enhance platform features based on customer feedback.




- Stay updated on social media trends and platform developments to provide relevant assistance.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the social media industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRMs and social media management tools is beneficial.
- Willingness to work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Ability to relocate to Greece or work remotely, as required.
