Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with different departments to address complex customer needs and offer effective solutions.




- Keep up to date with the company's products, services, and industry trends to ensure informed support.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is considered beneficial.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
