This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy directly engaging with customers while providing expert technical support. As a Front Office Technical Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with their technical inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional front office technical support to Dutch-speaking customers in person, via phone, and through digital channels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, working to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with clients, guiding them through solutions and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and troubleshooting steps taken in the CRM system for record keeping.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and share customer feedback.




- Stay informed about product developments, updates, and best practices to enhance customer service.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and technical support tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
