This role is adecuado for individuals who possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and are eager to support customers through inquiries while managing various administrative tasks. You will be the voice of our company, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming advisory calls from Dutch-speaking customers, providing prompt and accurate information about our services.
- Assist customers in navigating their inquiries while effectively documenting all interactions within our CRM system.
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and summaries based on customer interactions to optimize service and enhance overall processes.




- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and relevant advice to customers.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
