Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Hotel Reservations Advisor! This role allows you to work in the beautiful surroundings of Greece, with paid relocation support. As a vital member of our team, you will assist Dutch-speaking clients in securing their perfect hotel accommodations while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with hotel reservations via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking process.
- Provide detailed information regarding hotel options, amenities, rates, and special promotions tailored to the client's needs.
- Process reservation requests accurately, verifying all details with the client to prevent any misunderstandings.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to hotel bookings with professionalism and dedication.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservation details within our CRM system.




- Stay up to date with the latest trends in the hospitality industry to provide informed recommendations to clients.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- A strong passion for travel and knowledge of popular hotel destinations and services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Able to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with relocation support provided.
