Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for streamlined follow-up and reporting.
- Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with various teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
