Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality logistical assistance and customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels.
- Oversee the coordination and timely delivery of shipments, ensuring all tracking information is accurate.
- Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping methods, and resolve any delivery issues.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain precise records in our systems.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to enhance and optimize service delivery processes.




- Keep informed about industry developments and best practices to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics software and customer relationship management tools is a plus.
