Your Key Responsibilities:

- Review and evaluate user-generated content in Dutch to ensure it complies with our community standards.
- Classify and assess content appropriately according to established moderation guidelines.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
- Provide constructive feedback on content trends and user interactions to enhance moderation practices.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to improve overall content review strategies.




- Stay informed of company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.

- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Prior experience in content moderation or related fields is preferred.
- Attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
- Strong communication skills for effectively discussing moderation decisions.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
