In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Booking.com customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for Dutch and Flemish-speaking clients. This position includes full relocation assistance to Greece, making it an idóneo chance to combine career growth with a new cultural experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and service-related issues for Booking.com clients in Dutch and Flemish via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding bookings, cancellations, payment processes, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining Booking.com's high service standards.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.




- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions and improve service quality.
- Stay updated with Booking.com products, policies, and procedures to deliver expert assistance.

- Fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in travel or booking platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support provided.
