Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch and Flemish speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of products and services for accurate customer assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer experience.

- Fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt and learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this opportunity.
