Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries regarding premium appliances, services, and support via phone, email, and live chat in French.
- Provide detailed information about product features, warranties, and service options.
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and tracking shipments.
- Resolve any client issues, complaints, or technical questions swiftly and efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and tracking.
- Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery.




- Stay informed about the latest product developments and trends in the premium appliance market.

- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Greek is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the appliance or luxury goods sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex product information clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to multitask and manage multiple inquiries effectively in a dynamic environment.
