As a customer service representative, you will communicate with clients in French, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience with the software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Address customer inquiries related to software products, features, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and live chat in French.
- Guide customers through software installations, configurations, and functionalities.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to enhance user experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical support and product teams to address customer concerns effectively.
- Stay informed about software updates, company offerings,



and industry trends to provide relevant assistance to customers.

- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the software or technology industry, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficient in using customer service software and basic computer applications.
