- Fluency in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or similar roles is advantageous.
- A passion for travel and comprehensive knowledge of various general destinations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to address and resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently.
