Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality customer support in German via phone, email, and chat regarding online banking services and inquiries.
- Assist customers with account opening, transactions, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues related to their banking experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer queries and seamless service delivery.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM system and follow up as necessary.

- Stay informed about banking regulations and products to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the banking or finance sector, is highly desirable.
