As a customer service representative, you will communicate with clients primarily in German, assisting them with their financial inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Provide clear and accurate information about financial services, investment options, and regulations.
- Assist customers with account setup, modifications, and transaction inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while adhering to company policies.
- Accurately document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on financial market trends and updates to effectively address customer concerns.

- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the finance sector.
